Looks cool!

And what clip is this? I like the "not really but just a bit more deep carry" it offers... ;) (since I don´t like "real" deep carry at all)
Top three going by pocket-time (update March 24):
- EDC: Endura thin red line ffg combo edge (VG10); Wayne Goddard PE (4V), Endela SE (VG10)
-Mountains/outdoors: Pac.Salt 1 SE (H1), Salt 2 SE (LC200N), and also Wayne Goddard PE (4V)

It's a carbon fiber clip made by the famous Russian scale maker Aramis Akhmedov :

http://aratech.ru/index.php?route=produ ... uct_id=128

It's just about only 1-2mm deeper carry than the stock spoon clip, but looks great and different from the other third-party clips like Lynch and MXG.

Thanks! :)

I find the Spyderco factory clips pretty ergonomic in hand already, but this Aramis clip should be even more so, right? (Less likely to dig into the palm?)

Titanium Tuesday right? Had the Spydiechef and McBee with me today. Probably should've used the McBee for this picture with a Bass that small. LOL!

That’s a handful

I don't usually have FOMO but that design is *chef's kiss*.
I hope they don't sell for outrageous amounts in the future, or that I can score one when KJ makes another run.

It's definitely a steep price to pay, but it's also a pretty cool design compared to most of my Spyderco's (which are primarily the Golden models) so this is something pretty different that's for sure. I'm having mixed feelings so far, granted I only got it yesterday. I'm going to carry it and use it a bit before making a final decision on my thoughts. This blade shape is something different for me, that's for sure. I love the looks of it, just figuring out the best way to utilize the shape that's all. Really wish I could have seen the original version's blade finish in person, sounds like it would have looked great with this blade profile! But, had I never known about the original version, I'd have thought this was pretty sweet as it is.

Probably the only bowie that's going to get used. Dont let it sit around. It wants to be used.

The current price for the KJ exclusive isn't that far from the original run, I mostly meant the price tag on used models on the second hand market. I've seen a couple on sale north of 800$...
