My mom was born in Juneau back when AK was still a territory. I've only visited once, but plan to visit again.
My pleasure. I only wish I’d been part of this forums and had that Salt this summer when I was pulling shrimp pots every day and fishing salmon. Endless photo ops. Alaska is a magical place and I’m thankful to be here, hope you get your visit soon :)
PS: nice CruCarta!

Found. On this particular beach it’s exposed and super cold. Jellies are very abundant and they wash up in the high tide and freeze overnight. I think that one’s called a sea nettle.

Thanks. The Shaman is great, but so is the production s30v model. I love my LC200N Native and Pacific salts too.
Keep sharing the photos... i know light gets tough this time of year. Alaska is indeed an amazing place. Enjoy.
