I have those two. Excellent budget knives! I modified my orange rescue into a wharncliffe and swapped the handles on the hawkbill with titanium. They helped convert me to belly-less blade shapes and full SE :)

That was my plan all along. Here it is today, the rough initial grinding...

A couple of questions.
On a scale of one to ten where smooth carbon fiber is a two and the typical G-10 texture is a nine, where would you put the pictured scales in terms of texture aggressiveness?
