About the time I get grumpy about edgeholding on aeb-l, I touch it up on a doublestuff and marvel at the ease of achieving a sticky sharp edge.
Yeah not the best edge retention but it does get really sharp really easily.

No traffic today so took one in the car waiting for my lunch meeting in town AND still made it home for sunset :D
You drive a 911?

For me, I had the carbon fiber and titanium s90v military with me today. Love it.
I suspected that was a Porsche "turbo" lettering. Always figured his username stood for "ball bearing turbo"...as a car guy, I now need answers

That's still a bad a$$ vehicle! Props to you for doing well in life. Personally for that kind of money, though not as luxurious...I'd have a Nissan GTR  That will NEVER happen, but it's fun to imagine haha!

Great pics and whips! I like your style.

Yeah I cut some slices of cheese at break time. I've found that a hawkbill blade shape is the best when it comes to pushcutting toward your thumb. Add serrations and a hollow grind (which lays the cheese slices away from the blade instead of clinging and adding friction) and you have the perfect on-the-go cheese knife. :D I haven't used or for anything else yet though. Honestly it might be hard to kick the byrd out of my pocket. The more I carry and use it the harder it is to believe that I paid only $26 for it.

Part of the reason I bought the Tasman was for a backup scuba dive knife, but I also plan to EDC it for awhile and see how I like it compared to the byrd.
