Thanks guys! Scales are OD green canvas micarta from Sharp Dressed Knives. I put them on my GB2 on Saturday and I absolutely love them! The CF is nice and all, but these change the whole aesthetic of the knife in a way that I really enjoy.. the knife seems much more rugged to me. The fit is perfect using existing hardware and they appear very well made. Hah, I like them so much that I ordered a set for my Smock as well!

No traffic today so took one in the car waiting for my lunch meeting in town AND still made it home for sunset :D

About the time I get grumpy about edgeholding on aeb-l, I touch it up on a doublestuff and marvel at the ease of achieving a sticky sharp edge.
