Just went and picked up another DF salt. Seems some changes have taken place. Maybe just new to me. Black hardware + lock bar and Sal's makers mark. Date code is 'HS'

Not just new to you, my DF salt does not have the makers mark or black hardware/lock bar.

Not just new to you, my DF salt does not have the makers mark or black hardware/lock bar.

Well then. I think it looks awesome and actually prefer Sal's signature there. Can almost picture it with a black blade now. Better and better, thank you Spyderco

I agree, DLC with that vibrant handle would look great! With the black hardware and lock bar, I'm surprised they didn't go with the black wire clip as well.

Yeah same with me. I have an extra black wire clip, think it's a little larger though. Ah well, looks better imo.
