I am still in the process of learning what works best for me when it comes to sharpen SE H1.
But as of right now I like to finish with the white rods after the browns (on VG10 PE I only use the browns normally).

Freshly sharpened. I like the way it cuts with the smoothed out serrations.

I ground it at 15 degrees on diamonds until I raised a burr on the back, then refined the apex until it could shave. Then a couple strokes per side on the fine rods. Very sharp!
