That must be the SuperBlue Stretch, right? Nice knife, how are you liking that steel? I have the V-Toku2 Stretch and I'm loving it. I would love to see Spyderco do more solid Aogami.

Yes, it is the SuperBlue, my favorite version of the Stretch. To me, V-Toku2 and SuperBlue are fairly similar steels, both can become very sharp easily, maybe the V-Toku2 has a bit better edge retention?... but nothing significant, at least this is my impression.

That's cool; yeah from what I understand V-Toku2 is Takefu's version of Blue. I have never used Blue, but from my observation V-Toku has about the edge retention of 52100, that is to say not awful but not stellar. But sharpening is fun to me, so I'm unconcerned

Dragonfly again... it matched my mt bike!
Seriously, this thing is such a neat little knife. And the H1 makes it even better. It's almost like it is designed to take the worry out of carrying a knife you know is gonna get sweaty or rained on or used in other wet conditions lol.
Can't wait until Friday ordering me a Salt 2...

My just received Shaman / M4...picked up minutes ago from my mailbox. Very nice. (And thanks to the original owner for making it available at a very fair price.)
