Don't buy knives from EBAY or AMAZON. There are plenty of good companies that will appreciate your business and don't sell fakes.

I don't think there's much you can't do with that combo...
I'm also Spyderco-Leatherman geared up today... :D

Yup, got all my bases covered whether I'm at home, at work or out camping :D Thanks for turning me on to the Rebar, it's been great. Someday I'm going to try out the black Swisstool Spirit and compare them head to head, but those run nearly $200 last I checked.

Still got some pine resin stuck on the saw from using it to section my fatwood haul I mentioned in the off-topic section:

Image
I think that if you can find a used Spirit (many good ones out there) for a decent price you ought to give it a try.
The Rebar and Spirit are my two favorite multitools out there, and I've owned about 40 different ones

Image

they both have their strong points and weaknesses and these slight differences make up what's the best of the two for your uses. Can't go wrong with any of them, and time will tell what's best for your personal needs.

Image

warranty, quality, and versatility wise these two are unmatched and unbeaten in the multitool world today, especially at their price points (if you find a good deal) :spyder:

It's an older black G-10 version in VG-10. We're working on a lite wgt, so I'm carrying.

Awesome on the LW Caly! What steel are you thinking for it?

And I have the Sliverax today! I find it getting better and better everyday. It beats out my PM2 and M2 KC exclusive with Cruwear and CF. I'm just praying for a Military with tip up carry, Stop Lock and Cruwear! :D

Caly 3.5 lightweight? Awesome news. I was planning on picking up a SB Caly Jr, might hold out for the 3.5 instead. I like the larger size.
