Thank you, sirs. With a bit of wrist, it still flips. I imagine if the area around the flipper at the top of the handle was ground away a bit, it would still flip like normal. Interesting idea for a flipper that's not in the way. I don't like them, so it matters not to me really.

I ordered 15 and got 18. Woot! This is probably the only box I get as excited to open as I do a new knife! I do not know why but I love chickens.

Congrats! I always enjoyed having hens... still have scars from a few rooster encounters though.

One thing I have learned is that if you get a good rooster you keep it and protect it. The rest, well, that is what soup is for. :)
