Just got a email from ups my knives will be here today from sharpening it only took 3 1/2 weeks from the time a shippedem out.great service and turnover.kudos sal on a well run company.anytime I emailed them I got a return email within 12 hours with all my questions answered.they sharpened 2 knives for me a pm-2 and a serrated ss delica from the 90s.I also needed a new clip on my pm-2 and the delica needed new screws for its pocket clip total amount was-$15.it was $5 for shipping $10 for the other services.I think this was great.the delica was still free to resharpened even though it is allmost 20 years old and serrated.that's is great warranty.
