request
Searching a stainless steel damacus tea spoon size.
Why don't a Spyderco one?
With the spyderco bug emboss in the curved part.
With a nice spyderhole on the shaft.

I know we all have our requests, heck I was hoping for a endura g10 run again, but the thing is, Spyderco's factories are all ready at capacity. And they have a bunch of other knives to release that are lined up, and then there's the prototype behind that, and I don't think Spyderco would really do a spoon. It's far from a knife, and there's no real need for Spyderco to enter a new market. IMO, not speaking for anyone. I just think they're in such great demand in the knife department that branching out wouldn't really help the knuts.

I dunno, there's been a lot of talk about Sal's love for Lotus on the forums recently...Holland wrote:hahahaha, while there at it they might as well make a sports car :D
I'm happiest with Micarta and Tool Steel.

The Damascus spoon is a cool idea. Expensive, but cool. Even though Golden is running at max capacity, Spyderco could partner with someone else to produce it. Just recently Spyderco was asking for suggestions on their Facebook and Google+ pages for additional Spyder-related paraphernalia that they could produce, so something like this isn't completely out of the question; probably not likely, but it doesn't hurt to ask!

Oh, I see what you mean. The adjective would be after the noun... but then there's no knife. Unless damascus was the noun? OP clarification please?BOOMER52 wrote:I'm not certain he meant a spoon... I believe he used 'tea spoon' in reference to the size of the damascus knife he was wanting. More than likely French is his native language. I could be wrong on both accounts...
