Fixing Military:

Liner lock head get pushed in a bit and this cause vertical blade play, they hammer it back close to original shape, to fix blade play. May be thicker lined or hardened head may prevent this. Pivot and washer did not get any damage and looks fine.
Of course broken tip can not be fixed, but only reshaped, this is only what was left from that crash test, which did not really crash it too much.

i wonder what that 2nd military was that had the blade overextend. seemed like the pm2 sized handle with a liner lock

It is not longer blade, but shorter handle. I have no idea why they swap blade - I rather keep shorter blade with shorter
handle...
