So i have a silly question, do the items from this show (as well as Blade) usually mean same year release or following year release?

There were two, one small and one medium sized.
FFG, bladeshape similiar to the Bradley folder, steel will be CPM-M4. The handle was made of (polished?) G-10, if I remember correctly.
And there was a concept of a smaller Phil Wilson in S90V.

It depends.
There were production prototypes and concept models.
You will only see pictures of the prototypes.
The prototypes may be released the same year, the concepts most probably won't.

First of all I want to thank Sal, Eric, Gayle, Jur and Joyce for the wonderful day! The organisation was again outstanding! And its always a blast to see all those new knives and being able to handle them and discuss them, unfortunatly time is limited, I could be there for days :D Its a joy to be part of this meet and to feel part of the Spyderco Family :)

And oh boy I can say the future looks very bright! There where some owesome collabs and new design. As well as freaking cool protos. I'm now sure I must get my hands on the flutted CF PM2 and Native, the delica TID, Domino and whatsit and the future Burch and Carey collabs are heaven

It was again the event of the year for me, nothing tops this!!

I hate to be a pest, but I was wondering if any of you saw, and perhaps got pictures of, the new sprint stretch? The one in damascus and blue nishijin? I preordered it a while back and I've been holding my breath for pics. :D

MarcusH mentions seeing some sort of knife in blue Nishijin in post #77, so I bet we'll be seeing pictures in Mr. Blonde's Amsterdam thread: http://www.spyderco.com/forums/showthre ... Prototypes

He typically posts a few knives a day (since he has a normal job and does this in his "spare" time), so keep your eyes on that thread and it should eventually pop up.

For once Amsterdam was the center of the :spyder: world again. A lot of interesting models for all kinds of knifeknuts. From small to exceptionally big and everything in between. Some tasty choices for those not allowed a locking folder too.
I would like to thank the :spyder: crew for a wonderful and very well organized day and I hope they will do extremely well at the IWA

No the natives all had S35VN, PM2 CF was S30V, but it was more to show the look of the handle. No Ti PM2 for the moment, but with Spyderco you never know what comes out of the hat :)
