CF/Damascus Caly 3 Pre-order finally came in at Howes!

Just clicked purchase at Howes!! :) This is the one I was most looking forward to in 2012. I can't wait to get my hands on it. Anyone else have one already?

My 2012s new additions were: Yo2, Caly 3.5 CF, Manbug, Manix 2 Lightweight and the CF/Damascus Caly 3. It really shows the diversity of the Spyderco lineup.

Beautiful. I tracked mine and it is out for delivery. I am so happy Spyderco did the 3.5 CF Caly and this one. What a great pair of users :)

I never really wanted one of these. Until now when I see Mr. Blondes pic.
Quit posting these pictures. This is killing me.

On a side note, does anyone know of any Banks where there are no cameras
and where the security guards go on break often.

I'm not a trained expert in that area, so I'd probably get
inside and get hot and then take off the mask and go
wheweee, how bout this weather.

Mine came in from Howes yesterday!!! Sweet knife! Really awesome finish, very nice to handle and that blade is just freaking cool. I'm a little annoyed with the side to side bladeplay. And due to the bolsters I cannot ajust it. Should I contact SFO on this? Does anybody else have bladeplay on the Caly 3 damascus or is it just this knife?
Current EDC: Techno, Squeak, Southard Flipper, Caly 3.5

New Arrivals: Chap3, Domino, Sage 3

2014 Wishlist: Yo2 CF, Deviant Friction, Tatanka, Tusk, Firefly

Oldies Wishlist: Delica CF PE, Civilian CF PE

I fondled a Caly 3 damascus yesterday at the Spyderco Factory Outlet in Golden, didn't notice any blade play on it when I was casually checking it out. I went with a G-10 Caly 3.5 instead because although the CF looked sweet, it' just wasn't as grippy as the the G-10.

Welcome to teh forums and congrats on the Caly 3.5. It would be nice to be able to
handle the knives regularly to see what you like. However, it would probably be
tougher to walk away from one without buying it, if you hand it in hand.

I have made the pilgramage to Golden SFO before and was like a kid in a candy store.
The Para2 Camo has been part of my "office set" ever since and I'll always remember
where I got.
