Good sized yet light, super smooth action, extremely well built and all around friendly user :) Mine has cut plastic, wood, carboard, food of all sorts and accomplishes every task with ease. A sharp edge definitely helps
One of the things I like most about this knife is the VG-10 blade steel. VG-10 is tough, easy to sharpen, very corrosion resistant and takes a very, very nice edge :D I enjoy all of Spyderco's blade materials, but VG-10 seems to be the most well rounded :D
Very glad I got this for myself last Christmas :D It has been and will continue to be used. Maybe it isn't the most attractive aesthetically, but for me it's extremely attractive practically :D
Just appreciating one of the undersung :spyder: 's
Nothing like a big thick hunk of VG-10

The SuperLeaf is a beast of a knife. I like it a lot. It's a solid , well-made worker that gets the job done (any job) every time. Mine feels lighter than my Manix2 , actually. VG-10 isn't my favorite blade steel but it is definitely decent. And at 4mm thick , it is nice and beefy and looks fantastic.

Definitely a top 5 for me. Could have been top 2 had it not been for the large, edge length reducing choil. It's probably just me but the Superhawk can get away with the large choil being a hawkbill.

Sweet Pictures guys :D You are better with edges than I. I think you'll agree that the Superleaf is a very user friendly knife. The VG-10 makes caring for the blade very easy. The 4mm blade and top notch build quality make it extremely solid and rigid while retaining a super smooth open/close action.
Enjoy the Superleafs. For me it's a one of a kind model. You have to love a big hunk of sculpted VG-1;)

Yeh, and even without a bushing pivot, the supers are plenty smooth enough for me. In fact, I prefer this kind over the bushing pivot.
