Can we get the Dragonfly 2 FRN in different colors?

#1

Post by Moroland »

Dear Spyderco,
I have gone through so many knives for EDC. A lot! And have finally decided on the Dragonfly 2 plain edge FRN. I also use a Delica 4 in the blue FRN for larger/harder tasks. My wish is that I can get my DF2 in the same blue as the Delica. Or maybe more towards Cyan. My second choice would be safety Orange and my wife would love Purple! Sal, any chance we can get the DF2 in various colour choices?

Cheers,
Ray

I'd like to see the Dragonfly2 in different FRN colors, too, especially blue and orange.

Yes please - blue, orange, (bright) green - I got three people their first Spyderco this month (all a Dragonfly2) and all were asking about colors ... I know the ZDP and H-1 are different but for most the VG-10 is more then good enough and some choice of colors would be great.

I think this is a reasonable, and fun request. I think these would go over as well as the delicas and enduras.

I've been advocating this one for a while, but I just changed my mind, because my wallet would be completely empty the day they were released (and for a while after too). I'll stick with black and G10, thank you very much. :D

Green, blue, orange, brown, gray, maybe, pink and purple?

We must turn to nature to determine the next color for the d'fly:

How about SuperBlue in ... Blue? (Like a Royal or rich blue ... )

Thanks, Sal!

The dragonfly 2 is a excellent knife and deserves more color choices. My vote would be for blue, UKPK blue, or Stretch Blue. Don't care for the ffg Delica light blue.

Love that color. How did you do it? I hope not by photo shop.
