Martin from Martinsheats made them. He has very interesting and practical thoughts about sheaths. Kydex lined leather sheaths are one of his products.

WOW. I absolutely love those! I think I may have found what I want to get for my mules in the future. Also I will definately be getting one of the leather lined kydex sheaths for my ironwood handl'ed bushcraft once its done!
