Hi all, I'm new to the forums here, and have been a member over at BF for a while now. It all started with a WM Native a couple of years ago, and more recently a Endura and new orange Delica. I just today, recieved my first PM2. Anyways, seems like a friendly bunch here and you have to love a company who's owner took the time to welcome a newer member that I saw in his first thread. I always knew Spyderco was first rate, I'm just a little late to the game. Looking forward to learning new stuff here. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum, I also started out with the WM Native. I think there needs to be another knife along those lines to open more people's eyes to the brand. There's a lot of good people and good knowledge here.

Another new joiner here, and a spyderhole addict in the making :-)

Just wanted to say 'Hi' - no point creating a new thread for this...

Anyways - here's my Spyderco story. A few months ago I got my first Spydie - the low-end Ambitious model. I must say that I just love the design of this little fella. It fits just great in the 5th pocket of my jeans, or the small front pocket in my cargos. It is small, robust, fits in my hand nicely, and perfect for everyday cutting (letters, paper, opening parcels, etc.)
Since I have an office job, I only carry my Ambitious on casual Fridays and on weekends. But I also got a nice purple Endura for outdoors trips - hiking, sailing, picnics, etc.

The only thing I disliked about Ambitious is the black G10 - kinda mundane, if you ask me (love the FRN colours!). So, I got the sprint run version of Ambitious in blue, and I love it even more.

The next thing on my wishlist is probably a nice gentleman's folder for my business suit - something stylish, minimalist, with approx. 2.5 - 3" of blade. Gotta browse Sal's catalogue some more :-)
