If anyone is on the fence about getting one of these because they are saving for the S90V Yojimbo I just noticed its saying "Late in 2014" under the S90V Yojimbo "Our Price: Late in 2014" price section.

I'm not sure if this is correct but I'm assuming this means the YO wont be out for about a year?

Yep these XL's aint cheap but in a year or 2 they very well could seem cheap in hindsight..S90V and CF always seem to be recipe for substantial secondary market price markups..

Looks great. The grind lines don't seem as evident as they do on the pictures on Knifeworks website. Did it arrive hair shaving sharp?

Talked to Roger this morning. Spyderco did not give him dates, but he believes he will be getting more in this year.

Just got email from Howes, getting a few Manix 2 XL in S90V, $233 a pop. Also a few Native in CPM XHP.
I thought those were dealer specials?

Considering the first 100 went in 45 minutes, that seems kind of surprising, no?

This sprint will sell out.How Long it takes does not matter unless you miss your chance now..I think I would regret it if i never pulled the trigger when I had the chance.I can't think of a better Manix XL sprint that I would desire more than this one.I am sure more XL sprints will happen down the line, but this one is quite possibly the pinnacle.I usually don't buy knifes and the secondary market and will just pass if I cant get the model I desire out the gate....I ordered mine right after 9:00 am KW time so I think mine might ship when the next batch is released.
best regards,

I would like a camo micarta M4 or k390 DLC or plain. Something besides G10 for a change.I think a CF DLC model might be very desirable also. The current XL CF S90v is a special sprint(dealer exclusive) is my point.
