Can't you just measure the diameter of the pivot hole in the blade? Best bet might be to call the Spyderco Factory Outlet and inquire as to whether they could sell you a replacement. It's a Japanese model, so they may not have parts, but the only way to know for sure is to contact them.

I was hoping someone could put a micrometer on a pivot that isn't lost and give me some info on the diameter.
All I have right now is a plastic ruler and it's not the sharpest measure if u understand...
Seems simpler just ordering one online then calling...
"Hello...i just lost my pivot from my Ladybug....aha...stupid,yes...but it was so small (...do you have a spare i can buy....aha...Japan...HOW LONG!?...I understand...and HOW MUCH...aha"
well you get the picture...
Maybe it will turn up...

Possibility #2, in case nobody with a micrometer is anxious to field strip their Ladybug, It's Japanese, so it's almost certainly metric. You could take the blade to a hardware store that sells metric drill bits and find the best fit. As for the other, trust me, whatever the tale of woe, Spyderco has heard it before.

One of the reason I don't disassemble my knives if I don't absolutely have to.
