Last order I had had two emails sent to me. One says

"Order #XXXXX - Shipped" which does not have a tracking number.

The other is titled:

"Package Shipped to You - Order #XXXXX" which does have a tracking number.

mine were... CutleryShoppe customer reciept/purchase confirmation and.. Order Confirmation #*****

Check your spam filter maybe? Sometimes those filters are a bit overzealous.

As other said, I don't recall ever seeing a tracking number.

However, you get email updates at every stage and Jeff normally ships FAST. IIRC, every order I have placed has shipped the same day, usually within a couple of hours.
