That would be fine for me as well. It would be nice to have the military with paramili 2 treatment. Particularly the four way clip. But I would take a tip up wire clip just as well. Variety is the spice of life and I can't wait to add the Mili2 to my collection. :D

Totally agree. It's just about the only folder I carry outside in the winter.

I hope I'm not alone in saying the Military is not a wire clip type of knife. I'm really hoping the original pocket clip stays and one of the reasons, as stated above, is the present Military is glove friendly. I would be happy with just a tip down, L or R pocket carry and the ability to easily pull it from the pocket, deploy it and then release the lock with gloves on.

I have to agree with this as well. The Military is too large for a wire clip. Plus, I feel like it wouldn't fit the look of the knife very well. The wire clip is used more effectively on knives with that smaller, "office friendly" look.

I like the wire clip on the D'Allara, but I might be alone in that. I like that it helps minimize pocket wear, and also makes it easier to clip over bulky pocket edges, but I suppose there's a bit of a trade-off for security.
I don't think one design is inherently stronger than the other (I've never broken any clips) but I guess the stamped clips are more "tacticool." :P
