My Spyderco in action

#1

Post by SuperFist »

At 9 PM tonight I was at a gas station filling up my car and was walking across the driveway to pay the casher.
When a car came up behind me and almost ran me over.

I turned to see what was happening and jumped out of the way.
But the car turned into me and didn't stop.

I reached for my Spyderco C94TI UK PenKnife Titanium opened it,
and dragged it all the way down the side of the car while using some profane language.

Then the car drove off.

I know I had the tip of the blade all the way through the paint to the metal.
The CPMS30V steel held up really well and it didn't even dull the tip at all.

Awe the beauty of life in Detriot
Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure... than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much, because they live in a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat.

The car was probably stolen and the driver was on drugs. :(

I know if my car ever gets stolen, I don't want it to be found. The car is officially raped.

This is all speculation... glad you are okay and got revenge!

Haha this is awesome. And it was probably some azz wipe, but maybe next time do not act in similar manner. Police have wrongfully beat and tazed people who they assumed were drunk drivers resisting arrest, when in fact they were just diabetics having an episode. Something to stop and think about.

Did I just go into the Genmay forum??? Cars driving into people and people knifing cars. Crazy.

Oh and Anonymous. For the most part diabetes is controllable but the thing is, our bodies are amazing machines and when we try imitate it we pale in comparison. Sometimes diabetics go hypoglycemic even if they think they've got their glucose in control. Diabetics need to drive like the rest of us and for the most part most of them do alright :)

Not something you want to experience on a regular basis. Glad for you that the knife held up, but it wouldn't have been my chosen course of action.

Revenge is mine said the Lord.

I trust in him to repay.

There's always trouble when I do...

I'm glad you made it out ok.

UKPK VS Car = Car wins

I would have let it go.

I bet it felt good to knife his car though :)

I hope you made him a nice long pen stripe. -+*#@_

Spydies are manufactured more solidly than most cars these days...If you'd had a Military, you might have put a hole in his fender!

So I think this is a classic case-in-point as to why you wouldn't want to bring a knife to a gun fight--er, car fight that is. :)

Glad you made it through the ordeal safely.
