They also don't hold up well.

My SS Lava quickly developed a significant amount of blade play, after carrying and using it for a few months. I was so excited when I heard about the G10 sprint run, it's the same design with a more durable construction.

I also dislike the bright blue, I was very reluctant to dye my smurf Lava, but I'm very happy with it:

The sprint was my introduction to the Lava. My goodness what a little big knife.

It excels at tip up and clipless in the watch pocket. Stick your index finger onto the thumb ramp and it all but jumps out into your hand.

The ergonomics while in use are off the charts.

I bought a 2nd one within days of owning the 1st. It's the 1st duplicate I've bought of any knife. I can see why this knife won't have mass appeal so I had to have a backup just so I could feel comfortable using it.

Thanks to all involved in this outstanding knife.
