When I was a young wee lad, I recall that my elders spoke not of 42, but of 142.
Perhaps 42 is only a mirage.....yes a mirage...... getting weaker and weaker....

May be, but I still believe in Ted. Orange Dodo also was 42. I feel the forum knives are coming and calling all our names. They are far, but getting closer every minute. It is early in the morning in Golden, but Sal and Eric already evaluating the latest samples. And they like the finish on primary grind much more than last time..............................

My top choices Natives5, Calys, C83 Persian

IIRC somewhere in this thread, Sal or Kris said it will be available before it gets cold again.

On the other side of the world, it's been cold all season. We don't count.

It's been HOT here in San Francisco. I actually pulled out shorts from the attic that I never wear because it's ALWAYS cold here. This is about the only place in the world that could benefit from global warming, J/K but I can get used to this no jacket just to go outside gig.

Hehe, most people from here will tell you that the weather here is great. Well, it's temperate year round 55 to 65 degrees F on average and is one of the reasons why people like to move here... But I'm a tropical dude lol.

I am in the S.F./Bay Area now. S.F. was only high-80's F, while the East Bay was 102 F. I find both extremes very comfortable-its the dry heat. Wait till you experience high temps and high humidity; I was suffering last week back east with temps in the high 90's and 80% rel. humidity. I always find it amusing to see both NorCal and SoCal people wear down parkas when the temps drop to mid-50's F!!!. I have even seen Californians put wool sweaters on their fu-fu little dogs when it's 60 F  . I have worked outside all day in 10 F back in New England with just a light windbreaker (I'm exaggerating a little)..

I lived in Kentucky and Michigan, I know about extremes. In MI, I saw 100+ degree swings from winter and summer. I also lived in southeast Asia where it's 100 degrees jungle humid. As for the cold, below zero in Michigan for almost half the year is too much for me. Just stayed in and sipped on Bourbon most of the time lol.

SF's 50 degrees is different, the wind chill makes it colder than what it is and when it dips to 40 in SF, it's pretty dang cold. Put it this way, my Mom lives in Michigan and when she comes here to visit me, she's cold

That high 80's in SF this past week felt sooo goood. LOL

Seems as though common sense only starts to speak to me after I've bought something :o
but to tell the truth, I don't regret any of my spydie purchases.
