How's Howes ?

#1

Post by Wolverine666 »

I've been sticking with the same few sites to order my knives for the last couple years and overall I have been pretty happy with them. But I hear different site names mentioned here on the forum where people are ordering their Spydercos from and I'd like to try ordering from some of them.

So how is "Howes Knife Shop" ? How is their reputation ? Is their customer service decent ? Their prices seem pretty good and I have heard them mentioned more than once here before.

Just looking for some info and past experiences.

My experiences (very few) with Howe's have been great. Not to mention he always has free shipping, regardless of order value.

I've ordered several times from Howes. Customer service is among the best you'll get.

They are first-class people to work with. I started ordering stuff from their shop last year, and I've spoken on the phone with Jim a couple of times while trying to locate some of those elusive new releases. I really enjoy, and will continue doing business as long as their doors are open.

Excellent. I am very happy to hear all of the positive feedback concerning Howes Knife Shop. It's always good to branch out and try different sites to order my prized possessions (ie : Spydercos).

I've always been please with Jim at Howes. Great service and good communication. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. If fact, I think I still have some stuff on pre order.

I've only placed one order with Howe's but would not hesitate to use them again. I had a question prior to purchasing and received a reply to my email in minutes.

In my experience, they are very fast shippers. Received my shipping notice less than half an hour after ordering. Ordered several times from them and everything went like clockwork. Will certainly order again from them if I find an offer I like.

Totally positive experiences--including just getting a new G-10 Manbug from them. Fair prices and fast, free shipping.

Never had a problem with the orders I have placed. Even paid a little more (IE-sales tax) just because I could get it sooner because he is in-state.
