Ok ... that explains the "Can't find a vendor" syndrome I was experiencing.

My reaction: I'd buy a few if the cost were right Sal! They look great!

These are really nice. Much better type of beads to have on a knife in a knife unfriendly environment.

Perhaps Sal and the team can include a bead with knives that come with lanyards (I.e. PPT).

I know that if I can get them, I will use a few on my Sitka gearslinger. Look forward to seeing more info on this.

Thanks again Spyderco.

I got pretty excited when I saw them. So much so that I thought I posted in the thread already. I guess I was so worked up that I never hit "reply" before I closed my computer! So, yes please make them. I'm with a lot of folks though, I'm not into the flashy ones so much but I definitely like them. The idea of the round ones too.

Count me in, I'd definitely buy a few if they were reasonably priced.

I'd buy some. Very classy. I don't get the fascination with skulls.

Wow, are those cool or what?

Looks like these are close. The newest Spyderco Byte newsletter shows the pewter one, with a pretty low MSRP of $14.95. Also available will be the bead on a 7" black para cord lanyard for MSRP $29.95. I'll be getting a couple of these.

Just got one the lanyard and bead in the mail courtesy of Golden - very cool! Looks like they may be sending them out to the CC members - mine came with a certificate.

Would definitely put one on a keychain or end of a ladybug sized knife.
