I just carry one. A plain edge CPM-440V Native. I have an older GIN-1 Endura that lives in my car's glovebox.

In my right Pocket I carry either my Millie or Manix2. My backup would be my Manix2 lightweight that I keep in my back left pocket. I sometimes carry a SAK.

Work back up EDC: delica 4

Outside of work EDC: para 2, GB, or yojimbo 2 (when I finally get her)
-Vinny

The things that may or may not be true are the things a man needs to believe in the most. People are good; honor, courage, virtue mean everything; power and money mean nothing; good always triumphs over evil; true love never dies. A man should believe in those things, because they are worth believing in.

Presently:

Primary EDC:
Ladybug Hawkbill Salt

Back-up EDC:
SAK (Classic)

I'm fairly limited in what I can carry due to the "no knife" policy at work. :( I make up for that on the weekend, though. ;)

Weekend EDC:
Yojimbo II

Weekend Back-up EDC:
Rock Lobster

I normally carry a PM2, and occasionally a GB or Millie.

I have rediscovered the SAK (Explorer) as a secondary people friendly knife. Great utility!

For the past two weeks since I got a Sage4 I've carried only it and the Jester. I don't call either a backup. Just two knifes carried for two different cutting needs.

Currently I'm carrying a Manix 2 lightweight and a Dragonfly Salt SE. That's become my work combo. I also carry a ZDP Ladybug on my keychain.

If I'm going out I'll switch the Manix for a Delica III or IV, the Dragonfly stays.

Up until recently I carried a ZDP FFG Endura, a ZDP Dragonfly and the ZDP Ladybug but I needed a change.

I just picked up a Manbug and that might get added to the rotation as well.

Out in the world, GB and FG Ladybug on the keys.

At home, FFG Phoenix.

In the garden, H1 hawks.

All those Milies and PMs and Manixs just sit unused. Nothing seems to challenge these.... It's a shame, but there it is...

I have been carrying my custom PPT or a custom Toxic Endura.
Occasionally, I carry my custom Chokwe instead of the PPT or Endura
If I am out, I add a custom Civilian or Matriarch in my back pocket.
I always carry a ladybug (I have 7, but the H1 is usually in the sheath) in a neck sheath, along with a Titanium Mini Quark 123 on a lanyard, along with a Trekker Space pen.
I always carry a Jan Dox friction folding Kiridashi in OD Green G-10. I have an orange one on order with a thicker blade. It will replace the OD one.
And I always carry a Camo Leatherman Micra in a small pouch.

Image

I carry a MaxPedition EDC pouch when I wear tactical pants. It has MANY things, including a Flag Micra, Flag Space Pen, and a Titanium Preon 1. I always carry my NAA mini .22.

Image

I keep a CRKT Suma, a Preon 2, and a Leatherman Juice in my MountainSmith waist pack. I only wear it when I am on a driving trip.

Image

I always carry one of these. Carry system varies with clothing and destination.
