I'd like a normal FFG Endura in OD green and black blade (even a normal, uncoated blade), but those colors are like eye candy to me.

I am very pleased with this. I love the Spyderco Emerson Endura Wave with the SABER GRIND.
I do have a question for Doc, sal, and everyone here about this: Does the Wave Feature ever get in the way of cutting chores with these knives for you or not?
