I just saw some pics of an old native in blue g10 and thought it was beautiful.. I know we have an m390 para 2 in blue g10 coming out.. so WHY NOT a blue g10 military!

even the brown xhp military is getting a brown para 2 counterpart next year (although not the same steel) but I think it's a great idea to offer the same flavor for both models.

who is selling the blue para2? I want one and also a Millie in blue! Don't know where I'll get the money, but I'll get it!

bento has the blue for pre-order, but it's a bit higher in price than other para 2 sprints. The thing that made me very interested in a 20cp blue military is the fact that the 20cp gray para 2 was released at a VERY affordable price, lower than the upcoming blue m390 para 2.

Is the 200+ price worth it in your opinion for the Para2 in 20cp? Or do you think it be better to order the blue para2 in m390? I spoke to the guys at bento and they said it should be at 61 HRC and from what I can read from Ankerson who has done some amazing tests he says M390 at 61 is pretty **** amazing.

And since I'm already begging... might we have an orange Para 2 in any type of steel? :)

how about another run of the orange military but a sprint steel this time around? I have been having trouble getting an orange millie at an affordable price and am now kicking myself in the butt for not getting one when clearanced on spydercos site

yup, no clue on what steel its going to be though.... as the other 2 orange guys (manix and millie) were s30v im hoping they break the cycle. im geussing cts-xhp

It's really up to the dealer/distributor who commissions the run (for limited editions) or Spyderco (for sprints)...I think that dealers and distributors often choose a "standard" steel (like S30V) to keep costs down. The orange Manix2 that CS sponsored was sold at a very, very attractive price, for example...but if people lobby for something else, maybe it will happen? :)
