has there ever been...?
a mid-sized spyder with a delica-like feel and a liner lock? Something close to the sage in size but with vg 10 and g-10/frn scales? Just wondering... because i would love a user with vg-10 that opened smooth and quick. Something like the lum would be perfect if it didn't look like it feels so slippery

Well, the first that comes into my mind is the Wegner jr.
and the slightly larger Impala:
There would also be the Terzuola Starmate - but it's closer to the Endura rather than the Delica in size.
All of the abovementioned are discontinued models.

The mind commands the body and it obeys. The mind orders itself and meets resistance.

The Sage 1 is awesome, great blade, great size, and the carbon fiber scales are great, they look very good, and actually provide traction. I'm in love with the thing. S30v is a great steel. Not hard to work with either. The Sage also has the excellent wire pocket clip, which I didn't think I'd like, but I love it.casey1 wrote:i want to get the sage and try out s30v. i think it's a little underrated on these forums, so maybe i'll not need to stick with vg 10
Don't let the CF scare you away, it has a great texture, and it just looks awesome.
Here's a little comparison for you.
I beleive so!gbelleh wrote:There's supposed to be a Starmate sprint in the works, right?
