Military combo edge, followed by the Delica for those few occasions when small is better.

A couple years ago I would have said the Military. Unfortunately these days it's large size draws too much unwanted attention.

For a small pocket razor I would say without doubt the PE Calypso Jnr.

Previously I would have had some doubt about an ultimate rugged folder, but when push came to shove this week and I had to do some survey work in on very overgrown site (2.0m ht of brambles and thorne bushes) I had absolutly no hesitation when reaching for my PE G10 Native. I guess actions do speak louder than words.

Walk softly, carry a big stick.

Until I got the Salsa, My favorite knife hands-down was the Calypso Jr. It's the perfect knife for most any everyday chore. The Salsa has replaced the Calypso Jr. as my EDC due to it's still-good working ability as well as its more sheeple-friendly exterior.

Since I prefer a lockback to liner locks, I went with the Police instead of the Military as my favorite large knife.

And for the best compromise between the two, I'd vote for the Native. If they made a run of Natives in black G-10, they'll have made the perfect knife IMO

As silly as it sounds, my favorite is always the last one I bought!!! :-) Right now it's the Lum Chinese, in 1987 or so, it was the Worker!
In between I have had and still own a lot of favorites.... Each and every one is an old friend.....
