For massive hands maybe, for me the Urban works just fine the way it is :)

My hands are by no means small. Not sure how much smaller or bigger urban is but I think its similar to the ukpk no? That fits my hand just fine.

The Urban is a non locking knife. And I think that for most people it is a 4 finger grip...my hands are semi large and I can mostly sorta get all 4 fingers on it.
