Ebony is already very stable. Once oiled and waxed, it's about as "user-proof" as you can get without doing the actual "stabilizing" procedure of vacuum-treating the wood with acrylic.toomzz wrote:Thanks, I am experimenting with woodtreatment now. The treatment right now is soak the handle in cooked linseed oil a couple of times and than treat it with beeswax. Any ideas?
