Next Mule release?
Any word on the next type of steel and when it will be available?
Not sure if the next blade steel has been released?
But these two are still available on the Spyderco website, so it might be a while......
Mule Team 9 (Cobalt Special) - PlainEdge (MT09P)
Mule Team Aogami Super Blue - PlainEdge (MT08P)
I have a couple Woodcraft (semi) Mules in the mail..........
Am thinking a link is OK as it was an exclusive from Spyderco to Woodcraft.
If not, let me know...... :)

I seem to recall something about M390 being one of the next steels.
edit: When asked for "Any plans to use Bohler M390 steel?", here was Sal's reply (09-08-2010):

Carpenter's 20CP had been planned for a Mule as well at one point, and I think it would be very well received considering it's similarity to the ever popular CPM-S90V. But this was discussed back in January 2010, so plans may have changed:sal wrote:We've got a Mule Team in-the-works.

I just pulled the trigger on one also. It looks like it is a great design. Does anyone know the back story on them? How many were made, etc?

Agree! I think I am a little paranoid after missing the M4 and 52100 mules (I missed the S90v, too, but found one since.)
