where can i get a ss clip??
I had my endura for 1 week and the paint on the clip already has been comeing off. so i sanded it off. but its all scratched up loooking and its grey and not shiny and new lookin.. where can i get a new one? or what can i use to make mine look new and shiny?.
Kinfepunk,
I think a lot of Spyderco fans have had similar issues with their blacked out SS clips. Kind of makes me rather have a shiny SS clip just so I don't have that beat up chipped look when the black starts to flake off. Maybe Spyderco will change their coating process and the black will be able to stay on better.
In the mean time you can follow David's advice (above post) for a shiny clip. If you want a black clip go to a local Army surplus and look for something called M-Nu. It is a small bottle of black enamel paint. The brush is built into the cap. The Army uses it to re-apply the black on subdued rank, wings, boot eyelets, etc. Works great BUT it is not forever. It does have to be re-applied from time to time.

If you don't have a dremel, drop it in the mail to me and I'll polish it for you.
