Yeah I figured the other day that they were about ready to start shipping them. They changed the expected delivery date but only for like a day then it went back. Before it said "scheduled delivery end of March to early April 2011" to "scheduled delivery end of March 2011" then back to March April.

Doesn't tan mean tan? :D And M4 is a substantial upgrade from CTS-XHP...so this is nothing to yawn about. ;)

In some states if you live in the same state as the online store you are required to pay sales tax.

I've made several on-line purchases that say sales tax applies if you live in certain states and they are listed. I seem to remember several years ago this was a fairly big issue because the sales tax wasn't being collected for inet purchases like it would have been if you bought the item in a store. When you buy something in a store and pay sales tax someone gets that money and it isn't the store. That means someone is loosing a lot of money in the long run.

It says on their site that they only charge sales tax on orders from California.

That's a bummer MCM, California is making you pay there debt off it looks like. Wish I would of known I would of bought for you and charged you 0% tax. Maybe there is an option to offer a kidney or something instead of 9.75%.

Yeah, it's usually only if the company you're ordering from is in the same state that you are. I hate that Best buy will charge you tax no matter what state you're in, because they are in all states.

Why would I order from someone who is more expensive than someone else? =\

I have the money, but might pass.
Its the principle of the thing.
Plus, who has 9.75% sales tax in Ca?
Have tons of M4 already.
S90v? I would be on that like a
Hobo on a Hot Dog.

Plus 400 more at a shot possible?
Still Thinking..............

ok the first group who p/o'd first got invoices and paid via paypal asap... so now, when will a small company like bbs ship them out? i doubt the speed of jonsidneyb speed and efficiency and drive to get it done!

and btw the higher manix sprint cost is simply cause of the steel right? or am i missing something?
