Two Honeys

Just got this 3.75 Lum Chinese, the UPS man delivered it to my neighbor two houses down  , first time this happens, expect it from the USPS  .
Pictured here with my favorite Lum, the leaf green VG10, you can see the diff in size. I really like the blade, this can be a good kitchen knife, vegetable
garden knife and others.

No testing yet, but just handling it I can tell it's a winner, for as big as it is, it handles much smaller and feels smaller in the pocket/wasteband.

Nice pic, gull wing. Your pic just resulted in the sale of one large Lum Chinese Folder.

I have bought way too many knives based off pics posted here.

Wow. The big one kinda dwarfs the old Lum. I didn't realize it was that big. Never had an interest in a Lum because I don't like metal handles. The big guy certainly is eye catching. Would be very appealing if I had extra cash.
So many knives, so few pockets... :)

Sorry, Jay Ev, or thanks :)
The large is almost not felt when I carry it, much like the regular.
I used the large to cut up onions and turnips and as I expected it's a natural, the textured G10 is a great aid. They could use G10 on the regular also......or...... Wish they had some of that carbon fiber used on the Sage I.

I really like my Large Lum but I notice that it has two different sized washers and the blade is straight but shifted to one side. Anybody else's like that.

I love my CF Lum, i like the way it handles and the blade shape is excellent.

Now i'm going to HAVE to get this Big Lum. Yours is the first picture i've seen that really
shows it as being substantially bigger! I was thinking it really wasn't enough of a difference
to justify a purchase. Now i see that I was misled! Led down the (bamboo lined) garden path!

I don't mind G10, but i'm sick of Black and Foliage Green.

They should have found a Jade Green G10 color just like the original Chinese Lum! How cool
would that have been?? man, i wish i hadn't thought of that, now i'm bummed out! LOL
