+1 on spyderhawk, crazy good SE on a very able hawkbill blade (probably the most unique knife you could buy apart from the rest of you PE collection , and its cheap at about $60~$70 from CS)

Another vote for the Spyderhawk. You're not going to be able to do food prep or the like with an SE knife very much, and I think that a hawkbill design really makes the most out of the serrations (and vice versa). You have plenty of conventional blade shapes. The combination of a hawkbill and a serrated blade will wow you if you put it to use.
