500th Post Giveaway Contest
500th Post Giveaway Contest
Well, I finally hit the magic number of 500 posts after 2+ years. It's been a lot of fun getting reacquainted with Spyderco, it's knives and their fans. So I figure it's time to give back.
I've really had a blast with the Mule project and even been able to help a few people out with sheaths. In the last batch I got, there was one that the dye was off just a bit on the front of the sheath. I won't sell it like that, so I figured I'd give it away. It's not bad, just not perfect. And to make it worthwhile, I have a NIB MT05 9Cr18MoV Mule to toss in. You're on your own for a handle, but then you have something you can be proud of...and use without guilt.
So here are the rules. You must be a member for over a month and have 10 posts to participate.
The contest is to guess how many Spyderco fixed blade knives I have. My signature is a clue, but the number is somewhat different from that. Since there are a number of people who may get that (or equally close), the tie-breaker question is how many of the Temperance 1's I have. If there's still a tie, I'll put the names in a hat and have my 2 year old pick one out of a hat. Fair enough?
At the end, I'll have to get them all together and take a fixed blade family picture.
The contest will close at 11:59 PM, February 9th, 2011.
Thanks to everyone who makes this forum so informational and fun.
Here's the list of guesses so far. Let's try not to have too many repeats.

Thanks for the opportunity JLS. Currently enjoying the 2 Mule sheaths I have from you. They fit very well :) Wonderful service on delivery :D
I'll stick with my gut and guess 31 and 2.
