I used to have one back in the day. I abused it a bit too much and it broke.

Love to have another one, but haven't found one in years...

They pop up every now and again on eBay but they are becoming harder to find. I think it really was a great idea and product from spyderco

I have one, but honestly I'm not too impressed with it. There are better folding saws out there.

It was one of the more stylish folding saws.

Probably a reason it was discontinued. Who makes a good one? I think I know Gerber, Victorinox, Opinel... does Leatherman? Their small wood saws in the Wave/Surge are pretty good.

They all work well TBH, but If we are talking about an actual folding saw Bahco laplander is popular. Fiskars sliding saw is good too and cheaper. Coghlan makes one with SK5 blade and sells for $9, works really well, goes through arm thick tree branches in seconds but take care don't bend and break the blade since it's thinner than others.

I use a couple Silky folders for trimming apple trees.

Somebody always makes or designs something better but does it fit you should be the question.

I have two of these one N.I.B. is part of my B.O.B. bag and another is used and currently M.I.A.

Those Silky saws look awesome. Anyone else have experience with them. THey look like a good backcountry saw.
