Swick 3

Post by angusW »

Don't get excited. No Swick 3 here. Was just wondering if there's ever been any mention of a Swick 3 coming out. After finishing my Swick 2 a couple days ago was really getting the urge to do another one.

One of the best knives ever is the Swick2. Is there any word on a re-release, or maybe a new steel???

I'm personally looking forward to something that more closely resembles the first Swick, the Wharnie blade was a critical feature for me. Very curious how the handle design is updated, I missed out on both Swick runs and may be looking at this model for an EDC piece to serve as a friendlier alternative to a La Griffe.

The Swick 3 is the next "refinement" with adjustments made to comments here. Scheduled for early next year. 2 versions, leaf and warnie.

Excellent news, Sal!

The Swick 2 was already great; I'm anxious to see the refinements on the S3.

Hopefully one of them is a slightly rounded off end of the handle. I've had to throw away plenty of shorts and pants with a hole wore through from my horizontal belt sheath at 11 o'clock.

Excellent News!!! Does that count as a casual bombshell?

Cool. Only took 2 years for a response :)

That's really good news Sal. Very excited about a new Swick or two.

LOL I'm in for a Wharnie. I love the original Swick. Maybe I'll get a leaf, dunno, Wharnies rock. A hawkbill would round out the set. I'd be up for one of those. Serrated, of course. ;)

Are there any updates to this? I missed out on both Swick 1 and 2. I would buy both versions when the Swick 3 comes out.

Thanks

They are on the schedule. I think for this summer. Haven't thought about a hawkbill. I gues we can discuss it.
