Bram's defense of the "aggressive" look of his knife in a thread I posted a while back got me thinking, and after geting used to the looks by looking at the pics of it, it really isn't that aggressive-looking of a knife. So, I purchased it today from thepolicestore.com. Is there anything I should be aware of, minor or major problems you guys have had with yours? This is the live knife, not the drone. It's a great enough weapon closed that should the situation not require deadly force, I can keep it closed and use it as a Yawara stick/"brass knuckles". Should a confrontation escalate (God forbid), I can open the knife rather than fish for a live knife. And, it's a good utility knife. So, any input?

Buying a Gunting
This has to be the widest post I've seen yet... Think you could edit that post to put some spaces between the "NEVER"s?
I'm not planning on using it as a fighting knife unless I absolutely have to. That's a rule I hold to all of my knives. That said, if I get serious about learning how, the trainer will be the next step. This is just one more knife that works for a variety of uses.

Never open it on anything alive unless you want trouble..like a serious cut!
OK NEVER on your leg..
its really really sharp..
did up a deer...
did up a boar...
cut rope, paper...packing material
treat it with respect and its a great EDC tool..
do not attempt to "stuff" it deep into your pocket...
if you wear sraight pocket pants..get a belt holster or an in the pocket holster...
as with any straight cut pockets..
they're not optimal for knives with clips..
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN IT ON YOUR LEG!
