Thank you, SmoothOne25!
I may have been the first to order, just wanted to post a heads-up here and read your post, went back to KC immediately and ordered the Sage 3.
Oh happy day! :D :D :D

It doesn't look like they have them in stock.

My top choices Natives5, Calys, C83 Persian

You're killing my bank account. I held off on the Carpenter version last time, but couldn't resist this time. Thanks for the heads up.

Any guesses as to the color/shade of the Gray G10? Some grays are real blah...

The difference in price between the Carpenter and Crucible steels is very, very striking.

The Carpenter has g10 as the CPM para has carbon fiber scales.

unfortunately their is no word on proto pics. said best to just check back once and a while. having no picture up for long periods of time is not good for a company so im sure they'll work to get a quick pic up. maybe see how the color will look. probably not though, in a proto pic. i want to see that sage! big time. ill check regularly and if they put one up or another place puts one up i will bump the thread :)

Put in a preorder for the S90v para. It'll be my Christmas present to myself I guess
How much harder is s90v to sharpen than s30v?

Thanks for the heads up Smooth. Ordered the Sage 3 and the CF Para 2. Now the task at hand is to wait...patiently...if possible.

CF Para 2 is a sprint run. The Sage 3 is a regular production knife, just like the Sage I and Sage II.

They may all be gone by the time you get one...? Then again, maybe not. Hard to say whether gray and Carpenter rather than Crucible will slow down the velocity of this one. The S90V version is going to disappear so fast it will make a sonic boom as it goes out the door.
