Just found out about the Mule Team series last week. Yesterday the 7 and a 10 arrived. Decked out the 10 with black Halpern #4 handles. Found some Amboyna Burl to turn into handles for the 7. Starting to feel like a little kid waiting for Santa again.
Nice! And welcome!

I love making handles and sheaths for the mules, it's such a cool opportunity spyderco gives us.

You'll have to post pics of your new mules.

I'm also kinda new to the MT's. Just putting the finishing touches on a 10 that I picked up at a show for a great price. It already had handles on it, but needed some TLC (sanding, staining). It has the number 114v on it. Yesterday stopped at the SFO, where I scored a MT-9. So that one will be my first "from scratch".

My favorite Mule. The pretty one is on a shelf for now but the modified MT-07 has been very well used.

An early pic, the edge on the Mule has gotten quite a bit better :)

I'm having a great time, thanks.
I have an older Military, the 2 new Mules with my eye on number 3, and a deposit on the Spyderco Plain Edge M390 Blue G-10 Paramilitary 2. :spyder:
