Nothing like a package from Spyderco themselves!

USB's are very cool, and its even cooler to have mystery samples of different steels from the spydie holes.

Thanks Spyderco and thank you Rachel!

I've had the holes for a few years (via J Smith if my mind is still working today)... but how do I get my hands on one of those usb sticks?

Would like to know this as well.

Call the factory outlet store. They will sell them over the phone. $10 I believe. They are only 1GB, but worth having anyway.

Hey guys and thanks for the compliments.

As stated above give a call to the SFO and they will be more than happy to help you obtain some items not available through spyderco's website.

I leanred of this when a member on blade forums asked "Where could I get a USB" when Sal replied something along the lines of "I would nag Joyce."

Joyce then replied:
SFO has bug flash drives (in limited numbers) email or call them, they're $11.95 each and hold 1G of info.

Orange w/ blue Spyderco logo
Green w/ yellow Spyderco logo
Blue w/ gray Spyderco logo

Enjoy!

No no, nothing was for free.

Picture yourself in Golden at the SFO, only in the convenience of your living room!

USB's were 11$, and the hole cutouts were 5$...If I recall

The USB is pretty cool. Does the spydie detach from the USB plug part?

I still don't get point of the spydie holes??? Now, donut holes I do understand!

No, the spydie does not detatch from the actual USB "plug"

As far as the holes, I guess it is pure novelty. To me its cool having them, like said above who knows what steels they are and what knives they came from.

For all I know, I can have a piece of your knife.

Yes, certain items like the USB's and hole cutouts are not available through spyderco.com

You must call the SFO.

In the first pic above, it looks like the spydies are not attached to anything. ??

I do really like the orange USB especially.

I think the holes might be cooler if you did know what they were from.

Ok, so the REAL aficinado closes his eyes, smells on the holes and tells you the year it was cut out and the steal it was made from...

Cool catch by the way...
