Now I did it...

I... don't beat me... removed the wave from my Endura. I never use it and don't like knives sitting around. I also made my Native into a Blackhawk-like knife. I put a bit of swedge on the Endura so the blade tip didn't look so bulbous. Now maybe I'll accually use them both. We'll see after some trial usage. I never really liked the Native spear look. I do like clip points, so we'll see. It's still my least favorite Spydie to open - the hole's too small for my big, fat thumb. Anyway, here they are with my de-waved Delica for company...

Thanks for looking and any opinions, good or bad. :p

Thanks for the kind words, guys. Honestly, I don't expect a lot of compliments on the Endura, but I like it so far and had to show someone. :D

I think the native looks pretty nice and like the uh... Swedge... On the Endura :D Do you use a belt grinder to sharpen your blades?

Those waveless ones remind me of the old Executive I have. Classic spydie looks you've recreated there. Tinkering is so much fun...
So many knives, so few pockets... :)

Nice work!
But with your Endura de-waved how are you going to open your beer bottles?

:p I use a bench stone. The Native has quite a steep angle on it and cuts great.

I dig that Endura! It lacks some "flow" in the transition from the hole to the blade, but otherwise looks like a Stretch that someone straightened out...or may be it looks more like an alligator head. Whatever...I think it is cool!

I guess I am a different sort...I do not really care for the Native. That said, the knife never appealed to my preferences (virgin or your modified version).

If you transformed them into something you will use and like...you can hardly characterize them any way other than success!
Thanks,

Yeah I'll be a bit different and say I love the Endura and the Delica. Nice job on all
but I don't care for the look of the Native mod as much as the other two. I'd
consider doing that if I had a waved model also. :)
Use your blades in the kitchen, it's great bonding time!

I like the native myself, but the endura/delica wave doesn't look right with that skinny blade any way you do it. I don't like them even from the factory. Nice job on the native.

I like what you did with the Delica and Endura, Not familiar with the Native so I can't comment. If I had waved versions of these I would most likely do the same thing. I think they look really cool :)
