WooHoo!! New arrival

#1

Post by SonnyD »

I ordered this one just a few days ago, and it just got delivered
by the man in Brown. I can't believe it's taken me so long to actually
buy this knife, especially since I've wanted one for a long long time.
This one just feels awesome, the blade alignment is perfectly centered,
and the finish is flawless. I feel like a Proud new Daddy! :D
Of course I had to throw in a shot of the rest of the family.
This is my first new Spydie in about 2 years, and it got my feelings
all ramped up again. My new Caly 3 CF
Regards Sonny

Congrats! IMO the Caly3 has lived up to every bit of the adoration I found here on the forums. This was the same one that put a little spark back in my Spydie collection as well, and has dominated my EDC since. You have made a fine acquisition there kind sir.

Thanks again all. I'm really liking the deep carry aspect of this
knife. You really have to look hard to see it being carried. Perfect!

I too picked up a CF Caly 3 a few months ago, and I absolutely love it for EDC. I work in an office environment, no jeans except Fridays, people who are a bit shy of knives, and with the deep-carry wire clip, I carry In-WaistBand, and only a tiny bit of the clip is visible under my belt. I think it is also the sharpest of any of my knives.

But your clip is on the wrong side! :D It's nice that it can be switched for you lefty's.
