Are we likely to see it this year? Will it have the stop lock?

I have heard that the Para 2 is landing this year, but I haven't heard anything about the Military... IMHO it is perfect as it is... actually both are...

I heard talk about the Military 2 as well, and I think it was on BF.

Yeah, I heard something mentioned that the ti framelock Millie design will evolve into the Millie 2, but I could be completely off, I don't remember where I saw that.

I know Sal was talking about adding a tip-up option to the next Military, but I hadn't heard much ni the way of a timeframe or other info.

The last post here was over a year ago. Any new info on the Mili 2? I'm so looking forward to it's release, as I'm sure many others are!

I haven't heard anything, but I would definately want one. The Millie is as close to being as good as it gets, but with some of the same modifications that the Para 2 has, would seal the deal.

I would love to see a Military 2 that is essentially just a larger version of the Para 2.

Well apparently that isn't going to happen. If you look at the thread just called "Military" there is a link to a patent for a new lock type. That is apparently what is going on the new miliary.

Who knows . . . ? It it's just drawings, perhaps nothing has yet been set in stone. I suspect that whatever they decide to do will be an evolutionary improvement, much as the Para 2 was an improvement over the original.

I just hope the rumored stop lock is truly lefty friendly, if it's anything like the comp lock on the Para2 I can see myself taking a pass on this one. :(

I find the comp lock on the Para easier to operate left handed than right.
